The Tarot Salon is a beautifully appointed Victorian New Orleans style parlour on Quadra Island in Quathiaski Cove. A short walk/drive from the Quathiaski Cove ferry terminal, The Tarot Salon is nestled between the gas station and Fermentations Craftory.

It's entirely up to you! Some clients like a general reading and trust me to guide them with what they need to hear most. Others come with specific topics they'd like guidance on such as their career, relationships, children and family, potential life choices regarding moves, travel, etc., or personal growth and development.

Questions centred around illegal activity, gambling, or harmfully controlling and manipulating others for selfish/illegal gain are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to ask prohibited questions will result in an immediate cancellation of the reading and removal from the premises with no refund or rescheduling issued.

If time allows, yes. Readings can often times be clear cut and concise and time allows for other inquiries. Sometimes, however, a certain subject may be quite complex and require more elaborate and detailed clarification.

If you anticipate having several specific and in-depth questions (love life, career, AND travels, for instance) that contain more complexities due to the unique nature of your situation, I recommend you book 2 sessions in a row.

How this happens is different for everyone, and will be discovered and uncovered in your reading.

It's not necessary to prepare for the reading, I will perform a short cleansing and guided breath meditation upon your arrival to help you focus your energy on the question(s) at hand.

However, if you're a 'keener' (Canadian for 'enthusiastic), meditating upon and writing down your question on a piece of paper the night before your reading helps to set the energy in the right direction, and can be a good reminder in case you forget some of the points you'd like addressed.

Even if you desire a general reading, you can direct your energy to your highest good (inward, outward, or both) and write something like, "Please guide me during the reading as to what messages and guidance you wish me to receive for my utmost wellbeing."

ONGOING LIFESTYLE:

Just as athletes who wish to be the best in their field must train and maintain their physical conditioning through sacrifice and hard work, I lovingly labour in service to the Divine, myself, and to you. I live my daily life working toward purity of body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Some of my practices include abstaining from intoxicants including alcohol, drugs, and cigarettes, eating a purely vegetarian diet, and practicing celibacy. These choices are a sacrifice for ME ALONE and are NEVER EVER expected of or projected upon anyone in my life, including my clients. I simply find that these austerities allow me to be a far clearer and more accurate channel in my service to you. I also practice yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, creative and performing arts, and spend meditation time in nature connecting to the Divine through devotional meditations. This all helps me to be centred, clear, and confident.

BEFORE A READING:

Before a reading I spend time in prayer and meditation in preparation for your arrival. I cleanse the space physically and energetically, and place protective energy around myself and the Salon. I ensure that I am centred and prepared so that your visit it most comforting and rewarding.

AFTER A READING:

After seeing you off with a blessing for your journey, I cleanse myself and the space of any residual energy created from your reading to keep my and the Salon's energy in tip-top shape in preparation for the next client.
